Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Austrian Vignette (austria-vignette.com). Austrian Vignette is an independent online intermediary — not a state toll authority and not ASFINAG.

Operator / imprint

1. Service

We arrange registration of Austrian digital e-vignettes for your license plate with the competent operator. What you purchase from us is this intermediary and processing service — not the vignette itself as an ASFINAG product.

2. Monthly subscription (flatrate)

Austrian Vignette offers a monthly Austria e-vignette subscription. It is not an unlimited toll pass and not an ASFINAG annual vignette.

• Price by selected package: €9.60/month (1-day vignette) or €12.80/month (10-day vignette), or the Stripe price shown at checkout (fallback €12.80).
• First payment is charged immediately at checkout (full monthly rate). Further charges fall on the 1st of each calendar month (Europe/Vienna timezone) via Stripe Billing — not “+30 days” from the first purchase.
• Each paid billing month we fulfil one Austria e-vignette (1-day or 10-day depending on your plan) for the registered plate — typically when activation is requested at least 7 days before travel (see checkout footnotes).
• Cancel anytime at the end of the current period — no notice period (0 days). Details: Cancel subscription.
• Vignettes already issued for paid periods are not prorated or refunded.

3. Your duties

You are responsible for accurate details (plate, country, email). Incorrect data may lead to invalid vignettes or fines.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed charges may suspend fulfilment until payment succeeds again.

5. Withdrawal / refunds

See our Refund policy. Digital vignettes already registered with the operator are generally non-refundable. You may end the subscription as described under Cancel subscription.

6. Liability

We are not liable for fines from incorrect customer data, delayed activation on your side, or operator rule changes. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Our total liability is generally limited to the amount paid for the relevant order/period.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws at the place of incorporation of the operating entity (Get Traffic LLP, Kazakhstan). Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
